Job Description:

Looking for good customer service representative who can start immediately, From a que, enter customer orders into the TMW system. Sending workflow to the routing team and matching routing paperwork for orders.

Salary: $15-17/hr

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain customer service relationships and potential accounts to ensure maximum service on behalf of the company
  • Maintain organized files.
  • Be proactive with all customer communications.
  • Pay attention to detail and ensure information is accurately updated in the TMW System in real-time.
  • Invoice export/import customers on a timely basis.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience in Outlook
  • Experience as Customer Service Representative
